| Rolen's cakes are a constant in our family. We get them for a majority of our birthdays and holidays...They've been my favorite ever since I can remember. Actually, I just got off the phone ordering my cake, and I can't wait to pick it up! Even though I live in SC now, I have planned to drive through Dothan for my birthday, just so I can have my favorite cake! I love the special chocolate icing, and still wish that yall made the 16 layered cakes...they were the best! | |||

Was in from Tallahassee for weekend and needed to get a birthday cake for my husband to take back home, and there was his absolute favorite in the cake-the Red Velvet. Thank you for decorating it in an hour for me! He simply loved it! And, I got the Petit Fours, pecan sandies and the wedding cookies for ME! Simply scrumptious for traveling on the road back home! I am in town almost each weekend and I hope to get some of those do-nuts! |

My Mom loooooooves the pund cake birthday cake with buttercream icing. So, every birthday and Mother's Day I order her cake and haul it 300 miles to north Alabama!!! I's been a tradition for about 15 years now....she's not in the best of health, but still reminds me..."don't forget my Rolen's cake".... |

| My favorite thing from Rolen's will always be cinnamon rolls. I'm sitting here in Prattville this morning wishing I still lived in the Dothan area and could once again taste those delicious yeasty cinnamon rolls. I remember so long ago when the recipe was changed. I wrote a letter asking for the old recipe to be brought back and I was amazed that Rolen's brought it back. Cinnabon, Pillsbury and grocery store bake shops cannot come close...I hope you still use the old recipe because the next time I'm in Dothan I'm coming by for my favorite treat. I hope that everyone associated with Rolen's enjoys continued success and if you ever want to open a bakery in Prattville come on up! Jane | |||
